Cheese Pudding (6 servings)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup cream
- ˝ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- ˝ cup grated Swiss cheese
- pinch of salt and cayenne
Preparation Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill 6 small ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes in oven.
