Spicy Spare Ribs Recipe (4 Servings)
Ingredients for Spicy Spare Ribs
4 pounds spareribs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation Method for Spicy Spare Ribs
1. Preheat oven to 450o
2. Place single layer of ribs, meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 450o oven for 1/2 hour. Drain off fat.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Place in saltshaker. Sprinkle evenly over ribs.
4. Reduce oven to 350o. Roast meaty side up, for spareribs, 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
