Chicken Curry


Chicken Curry Recipe (6 Servings)

Ingredients for Chicken Curry

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoon oil

  • 4 1/2 cups cubed chicken or ham, cooked

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1 package chicken bouillon

  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  • lettuce

Preparation Method for Chicken Curry

1. In large skillet sauté onion in oil until golden.  Add chicken or ham.  Combine water and bouillon.  Pour in skillet.

2. Add curry powder and simmer for 10 minutes.  Serve your chicken curry on bed of lettuce.

Carbohydrate per serving of chicken curry : 2.7 gram
