Low Carb Lasagna (8 servings)

Preheat oven to 350o F  before you are ready to built the lasagna.  Butter or oil a 13 by 9 by 2 /12/ inch baking pan or ovenproof casserole dish.

Thaw low carb pasta, any shape.  Put in a pasta bowl.  

Build lasagna by spreading a third of the pasta evenly over the bottom of the baking pan.  Pour 11/3 cups of Italian meat sauce over the pasta.  Cover the   sauce with a third of each of the three cheese.  Follow with second layer of pasta and repeat the sequence: 11/3 cup of sauce and a third of each of the cheeses.  Place the last bunch of pasta on top and top it with the remaining sauce and cheeses, in that order.  Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Bake the lasagna for 25 - 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on the top.  Let the lasagna sit for about 15-20 minutes, covered to keep it warm before cutting and served.
