Low Carb Nachos

Refer to spicy corn chips recipe

Nachos is a cheese-flovored chips that can be made from the Spicy corn chips.  Preheat oven to 350o F.  Put cooked chips on cookie sheet.  (This take about one-half recipe of chips).  Sprinkle about 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese over the chips.  Bake in oven until the cheese has melted (about 6-10 minutes) after which the low-carb nachos are ready to serve.
